The Shift

Most medicine waits for something to break. This practice is built to keep you well.

You have sat in the exam room where the visit was over before it started. You have been told your labs are "normal" while you still feel tired, foggy, or not like yourself.

Insurance-driven care is built to react to illness, not to help you optimize how you feel, perform, and age. Vivantis Health & Wellness is built for the other kind of medicine: proactive, personalized, and intentionally unhurried.

The Vivantis Difference

What physician-guided care actually means.

Peptide therapy and hormone optimization have become widely available, and much of it now happens without a physician involved. At Vivantis, the evaluation, the plan, the monitoring, and the adjustments are all handled by a board-certified physician who knows your history.

An evaluation comes first.

Before anything is recommended, Dr. Cucchetti reviews your history, your symptoms, your goals, and where appropriate, your labs. The plan follows the evaluation, not the other way around.

One physician, start to finish.

You are not handing your health to a protocol. Dr. Cucchetti selects the approach, explains the reasoning, and stays with you as your body responds.

Time built into the model.

Care at Vivantis is intentionally unhurried. Longer visits exist so there is room for questions, context, and the parts of your history that a short appointment never reaches.

More time. More clarity. Truly personalized medicine.

The Practice Model

Direct care, without the insurance clock.

Vivantis Health & Wellness is a direct-pay practice. That means no insurance restrictions deciding how much time you get or what you are able to pursue.

It means longer visits, real access to your physician, and care designed around your goals instead of a billing code. Pricing is straightforward and discussed openly during your consultation.

The Technology

Advanced, non-invasive technology.

FDA-Cleared Device

Emsculpt NEO®

Emsculpt NEO is FDA-cleared for simultaneous fat reduction and muscle building in the treated area. Non-invasive, no surgery, and no downtime. A consultation determines whether you are a candidate. Individual results vary.

FDA-Cleared Device

Emsella®

Emsella is FDA-cleared for pelvic floor strengthening to address urinary incontinence in women and men. You sit fully clothed. Non-invasive, no downtime. A consultation determines whether you are a candidate. Individual results vary.

Common Questions

The questions we hear most often.

What is regenerative medicine?+

A proactive, personalized approach focused on helping the body function, recover, and feel its best, rather than only reacting to illness. Care is tailored to you following an evaluation.

Do you take insurance?+

Vivantis Health & Wellness is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance, which allows for longer visits and care built around your goals. Pricing is discussed during your consultation.

How does telemedicine work?+

After you request a visit, you meet with Dr. Cucchetti by secure video. Telemedicine is available to patients located in Arizona, where she is licensed.

Is hormone therapy right for me?+

That is exactly what the consultation determines. Hormone therapy is individualized and provided following a clinical evaluation. Individual results vary.

What is peptide therapy?+

Physician-supervised, individualized therapy that patients pursue for recovery, wellness, and vitality goals. Every plan follows an evaluation.

Is Emsculpt NEO or Emsella surgery?+

No. Both are non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatments with no downtime. A consultation determines whether you are a candidate.

Where is the practice located?+

Vivantis Health & Wellness is located at 4440 N 36th Street, Suite 100, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. Many visits are also available by telemedicine for convenience.

Can I get peptides without seeing a physician?+

Peptides are widely available online, and many people obtain them with no clinical oversight at all. At Vivantis, peptide therapy is prescribed and monitored by a board-certified physician following an evaluation, so the approach fits your history, your goals, and how your body actually responds.

How do I get started?+

Request a consultation and Dr. Cucchetti's team will follow up to schedule your visit.
