What to Expect at Your First Regenerative Medicine Consultation

4 min read · By Dr. Heather Cucchetti, DO

Your first regenerative medicine consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. The goal of the visit is for Dr. Heather Cucchetti, DO to understand what brought you in, what you are hoping to address, and what you have already tried. If you have felt rushed or dismissed in past appointments, this visit is intentionally the opposite.

Before the visit, you will share some background information so the time together can focus on you rather than on paperwork. During the visit, expect a real discussion. Dr. Cucchetti will ask about energy, sleep, mood, recovery, body composition, and other areas relevant to your goals. She will review any labs or records you bring.

From there, the conversation moves to a plan. Depending on what you are addressing, that may include hormone evaluation, physician-supervised peptide therapy, advanced body treatments like Emsculpt NEO or Emsella, or a combination tailored to you. Every recommendation follows a clinical evaluation and is individualized. Individual results vary.

Most visits happen by secure telemedicine, available to patients located in Arizona, where Dr. Cucchetti is licensed. Vivantis Health & Wellness is direct-pay, so there are no insurance restrictions on the time you get. Pricing is discussed openly during the consultation.

If you are ready to have a real conversation about how you actually feel, requesting a consultation is the first step.
